Diolch i feddygon, nyrsys a staff gweinyddol Hafan Iechyd, Caernarfon am eu gofal a'u caredigrwydd dros llawer blwyddyn. Diolch i'r Parchedig Dafydd Hughes, Parchedig Harri Parri a'r Parchedig Gwenda Richards am eu gwasanaeth. Mr Ieuan Jones, yr organydd, i Gôr Cofnod am eu cyfraniad swynol, ac i bawb am eu presenoldeb yn y gwasanaeth yn Seilo ac yn yr Amlosgfa. Derbyniwyd rhoddion hael tuag at Apêl Ambiwlans Awyr Cyrmu a bydd swm o £878 yn cael ei drosglwyddo er cof am Mairwen. Diolch i Iolo, Janice a staff Roberts & Owen, Penygroes am y gofal tyner a'r trefniadau urddasol. Wynne, Karen, Kevin and family would like to thank everyone for the kindness and support shown towards them during their recent bereavement. The doctors and nurses at Ysbyty Gwynedd for their kindness and care, the staff at Plas Ogwen, Bethesda, where Mairwen was resident for a short period, the doctors and nurses at Bethesda Surgery. To the doctors, nurses and administrative staff at Hafan Iechyd, Caernarfon for their care and kindness over many years. Many thanks to the Reverend Dafydd Hughes, Reverend Harri Parri and the Reverend Gwenda Richards for their service. Mr Ieuan Jones, the organist, and Côr Cofnod for their contribution and everybody for their attendance at the service in Seilo Chapel and at the Crematorium. Generous donations in memory of Mairwen were received and a sum of £878 will be presented to the Wales Air Ambulance Appeal. Thanks to Iolo, Janice and staff at Roberts & Owen, Penygroes for their tender care, and their dignified and professional arrangements
